(ii) Spare bed/futon set up $30/night

(iii) Extra guest $75/night (iv) Children under 5 stay free (v) Maximum of six (6) guests for entire B&B.

Payments: VISA, Master Card, Debit, e-transfer, cash
Reservations: 50% deposit at time of confirmation, 100% if booking less than 7 days before stay.
Refund & Cancellation: Deposit refund, minus $75 administration fee, if notice given greater than 30 days in advance. Deposit for a reservation cancelled on day 30 or less is non-refundable. Full payment due upon check-in and no refunds for cancellations during the reserved stay. Receipt for non-refundable deposits will be issued upon guest request only.
